Our office is by appointment only except for the periods where we offer walk-in chair massage. Massage appointments can be made for a 1/2 hour, one hour or 1 1/2 hour time frame.

When you call In Balance you will be leaving a message. We do not have our phone ring in the office so that our clients can fully enjoy the time they have set aside for themselves. Messages will be retrieved daily and return calls will be made as soon as possible.

We are available to discuss any services and workshops available. We can also be available to teach on-site for a number of these services.
